|  The Reverend Sammy A. Lartey serves as the National Director for Global Evangelism Ministries of Ghana (GEMOG). In this role Brother Sammy plans, coordinates, and faciltates all our GEM's ministry in this West Africian country. Under his leadership GEM has seen over 100,000 individuals respond to the Gospel message.
Sammy is a second generation pastor and has served as both a local pastor and evangelist in Ghana. Presently, in addition to his work with GEMOG, he serves as pastor of the Grace Baptist Church in Kpong, Ghana and has general oversight of twenty-four KADET churches in Ghana.
Brother Sammy is married to Bea and has five children. Only two of his children are still in the home, as the others are grown and serving the Lord elsewhere in Ghana.
Rev. Lartey is a valuable part of the GEM team and his tireless work always proves effective in our work in this difficult country. As Sammy always reminds us, "GEM goes places where others dare not go" and under his leadership our ministry will hold to this motto. |
